Observer

In Cuil Theory, the Observer is the one actively experiencing the Cuil situation.

In the standard Cuil cases, the Observer is an element of the Cuil; appearing in the text as "you".

In other contexts, the Observer can best be described as the whomever is holding the Cuil in question in their consciousness.

It should be noted that the Cuil can be felt differently for the same situation, by different observers.
