Since natural language causes us to misinterpret intended meanings of other people, and various languages have differing levels of ambiguity, does it follow that different nations have a general shroud of subjective cuility over them? For example, America might have 0.16 cuils at all times, while France might have 1.07 cuils?
No, not really. I think it would apply more person to person. Ex: Charlie Sheen probably has established a base closer to .83 cuils while Mr. Rogers has established a base closer .15 cuils. Cuil theory still has to confront the fact that between 1 and -1 cuils true reality is subjective to the person in question. Charlie Sheen may in fact have a base >1 established, but for the purposes of cuil theory I would think any base outside of -1,1 would be an exception to the rule rather than a rule breaker.
