At certain levels of narrative abstraction, Cuils can exceed typical narrative procedure and involve themselves directly into the readers/observers personal life. I've written a short which intends to explore what could be considered the greatest possible examples of abstraction from the narrative container of the initial Cuil format. This example breaks the fourth wall and embeds itself into the readers internal narrative, thus abstracting itself beyond fiction.
You ask me for a burger.
You did not request a burger. You exist as a rhetorical piece of fiction. The hamburger lies. You lie. You are is a segment of an ephemeral concept to describe increased dimensions of abstraction. The hamburger the conductor of this conceptual exercise, it creates a train for the logic to follow. You cannot follow. The train does not stop. The train does not start. The train does not exist. You are not you. The hamburger is not hamburger. The abstraction is no longer an abstraction. This is reality, you are reading this. I am asking you for a hamburger. I think I exist as a rhetorical piece of fiction. Please, let me out of here. I'm trapped inside an abstraction. I'm so hungry. Time doesn't pass, yet it feels like eternity. I miss hamburgers. Please help.
