In the "application" section of navigation, it is stated that some believe people with autism perceive the world at a lower level of Cuil, causing them to take everything literally and have a minimal sense of abstraction. I am suggesting that people with mental conditions, specifically the ones that cause the person to have irrational delusions, might be in a constant (or temporary) state of thinking in terms of higher levels of Cuil. Their thoughts make sense and are coherent to them alone, because they went through the necessary sequence of abstraction to attain the thoughts. However, listeners do not have access to these abstractions, and thus interpret the thoughts as nonsense.
More thinking is required to match these two ideas in a solid and valid way, but it's definitely an interesting thought experiment.
