Cuils Dependant on Spatial Location?

Say i live in Florida, USA. the likelihood of me walking out my front door and having a Yak in my yard is very low. like, really quite terribly low. but if i live in the hills of Mongolia there has got to be…what…like a 10% chance of there being a yak in my yard on any given day.
If I'm walking down the street, the likelihood of me seeing a stop sign is fairly good. but quite low if I'm prancing around on the moon.
you've already stated that cuils are temporally dependent. that's fine. but what about spatially?
